Three bedrooms:

– one with double bed

– one with twin beds

– one with single bed and one pull down single bed (please see pictures in the gallery)

– also travel cot/playpen & high chair supplied

Modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker with double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, and fully equipped with crockery and utensils

Lounge / dining room with settee, seats, table, chairs, colour television & DVD player

Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

Colour television (plus two in bedrooms)

An iron, ironing board and a hairdryer are provided

Bed linen and towels are not provided

Electricity is run on a pay as you go meter which accepts new £1 coins

Level approach with free parking by the door for ease of access

We are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs

Situated in 40 acres of grassland

Grassed play area with sand pits and activity/ climbing frames for children

Minutes away from three miles of sandy beaches
